The HP/Agilent/Keysight 8560EL is a discontinued portable RF spectrum analyzer that was essentially a stripped-down, lighter version of the standard 8560E/EC models. It covers a frequency range of 30 Hz to 2.9 GHz and was widely used in RF design, manufacturing, and mobile radio communications testing.
